Dr Josh graduated from Birmingham University Medical School in 1971. He became a Member and later a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) and has enjoyed a rich and varied practice in both the UK and South Africa, specialising in this field.
Passionate about nutrition and the benefits of using food as medicine, Dr Josh diversified into other areas of medicine and often uses a combination of both western and natural medicine when treating his patients. Through his extensive work with pregnant and nursing women in Africa, Dr Josh witnessed the impact that good nutrition plays in achieving a happy outcome for both mother and baby. He has taken this principle and applied it to men and women of all ages and health requirements.
Dr Josh regularly uses IV drips in his practice to encourage healthy metabolic processes, to optimise nutrition and to enhance the patient’s ability to cope with physical and emotional stresses of modern life.
