Your peace of mind
Online booking is convenient but when you self-select, you may not always choose the best option for your health needs. Our medical team will give you a free, short consultation before your therapy to ensure your selection is the best one for you.
Deposit
We ask for a £50 deposit for Vitamin Shot appointments and £75 for IV Drip appointments. This cost will be taken off the final cost of your therapy.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will lose your entire deposit
- If you cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded to you minus a £5 handling charge
